1. Purpose

DamageBDD is a decentralized software verification system. It uses the DamageToken (an AEX9 token on the Aeternity blockchain) to coordinate, reward, and validate behavior-driven development (BDD) tasks.

The DamageToken is a utility token. It is not a security, share, bond, derivative, or any form of financial investment. It grants access to platform features and serves as a unit of accountability and proof—not profit.

2. No Investment or Speculation

By participating, you agree that:

• You are not investing.
• You are not promised any profit or yield.
• Tokens may lose all value.
• Token use is strictly for software verification, test access, and reward mechanics.

3. Eligibility and Risk Assumption

You certify that:

• You are of legal age.
• Your jurisdiction permits blockchain use.
• You understand the irreversible and experimental nature of smart contracts, Lightning Network payouts, and token markets.
• You are responsible for your own wallet keys and security.

4. No Custody or Guarantees

• DamageBDD does not store your tokens.
• There is no custody, no refund, no guarantee.
• You acknowledge the platform may go offline, evolve, or change without notice.

5. Fair Use

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious or fraudulent jobs.
• Exploit smart contracts or Lightning flow.
• Abuse the system for spam, price manipulation, or false verification loops.

DamageBDD reserves the right to deny service to actors violating these terms.

6. Jurisdiction

This project is decentralized and not registered in any national jurisdiction.

All operations are governed by cryptographic proofs, smart contracts, and publicly posted policies. Legal jurisdiction is replaced by voluntary cryptographic governance.

7. Changes

Terms may evolve. Any change will be posted here and optionally signed with the GPG key of the lead developer.
